Probably, who knows this is been going on since manby so i think its some thing in the air up there ( too clean i think  :grin: )

when does it overheat? when its working hard or all the time? have you messed with the fuelling? is the rad definatly clean not just the centre but all the way across the width of the rad?

all the time when driven, the rad if fine as its been flushed that many time i can't remember and apart from a few fins gone its in good condition as it was new only a few months ago

When  you say gaskets which do you mean?

All new gaskets from the head onwards in the system,
