Mud-muncher1:
Hi all, i have a problem still with over heating, the engine seems to be over pressurising, I've done all the usual thing i:e gaskets, pipes, rad, pump, flushed etc, I've even changed the expansion tank cap just incase but still no joy, does anyone have any other idea's it could be.

Thx Jav.

peasey:
Mate i sympathise with you,i had this on my r5gt and it turned out to be a cracked head opening up when hot and under load, you dont say which engine you have so i cant really give you any more info, sorry.

Chris Putt:
can the thermostat not opening/closing correctly lead to pressurisation?
