*sigh*
Something will happen next week, there will be no blockades yet, if at all.
This is the scare mongering that caused trouble last time, the media are quite good enough at it in their own.
Nothing has been announced yet and PLEASE stop saying 'The Truckers' because its not just the truckers, especially not this time.
Yoshi:
Well according to the transaction 2007 there will be a legal protest next week, with the backing of the road haulage assocation which would mean the backing of the truckers.

I personally doubt there will be a blockade. And if there is what will it achieve? [!Expletive Deleted!] all if you ask me.
I'm getting shafted. I have a jap import car which really needs to be run on Optimax and octane booster. (It is mapped to run on 105RON fuel) This means on average now 107 ppl + booster and it only runs 20mpg currently (it is more on a good run  around 24mpg   )
I'm sure a lot of the 4x4's out there really don't achieve much more than that either (and Diesel is about 105ppl aint it?)
So when I go to fuel up I know I'm gonna be bent over a barrel (a barrel that costs 99 dollars  ) I ignore the prices, fill the tank, jump back in the car and rant then get on my way
My vote goes in the box. I, when I have the money which may be years and years away, will vote with my feet and move out of this naff country
It's not even 9am and you all have me ranting
Rant over...
JumboBeef:
It's funny how so many talk about leaving this country. Oil prices have gone up worldwide, not just here.

It's not just about the oil prices for me.
It's the lack of respect that is seen on the streets. The stealth tax for just about everything (rubbish collections etc)
The ensuing over population of the country.
Oil prices/taxes are just a tiny gripe of mine
