they wont put the fuel price up because of the implications. tesco wont be able to sell there bread for 18p cuz it would cost more for the 11liter turboed 4mpg tuck to deliver it there for the whole cost of living would go up. avg shopping bill of £100 pm would about around £150+ same goes for clothes etc. free home delivery or home delivery for shopping would go up and buss prices would go up (dont let me get started on them) and my little old mum wont be able to afford to go anywhere with her grandkids cuz its to ****ing expencive. so the only logical way to put the money is on car tax. thats the way he looked at it. still wanna kick the living **** out of the ****er as he drives off in his jag..... which would look good awith me paj on top of it!!! :lol: :lol:

Must admit IF it does go up by that much I shall leave my 998cc nova i use for commuting at home and take my "gas guzzling" V9 disco to work instead, As i go along with the theory that if i am paying a premium for something, then i must use it as often as i wish/able to.
I also agree that it should be put on fuel and NOT tax == simple really, More ya use more ya pay, But it dont work that way in this land does it ?? Come the revolution !!

The funniest (and saddest) thing about it all is that if you believe, as I do(and many, many more), that CO2 is not responsible for global warming it's all a load of b*ll*cks anyway! The scary thing is that it's not just a UK phenomena, either. The whole world is falling into this trap so I can't even emigrate to get away from it.
