Aye! I know what you mean!
I'm 6'1'', I only eat a cooked breakfast every day, lunch in the canteen, good cooked dinner, & then about 8 to 10 cans of Fosters, & still can't get below 7 1/2 stone! :(

Try eating a bit more, and I bet the weight would drop off. I know it sounds daft, but it works.

The problem with lighterlife is that it doesn't retrain the bad habits (going to the choccy machine). Unless you can learn to be "good", you'll put the weight back on when you finish it.
On the other hand, if you can deal with 3 months of purgatory every few years to lose it again...
I agree with the other comments though, that's very quick to try and lose weight, and a healty diet will do more in the long run. SWMBO has being doing Weightwatchers for a couple of years now (lost a lot very quickly and is struggling on the last few lbs) and we've totally changed the way we cook and what we eat - for the better.
