after you hit your target you get weaned back onto normal food gradually over a 12 week period, starting from a single fillet of meat per day onto things like bread in the 7th week

its so that your body can work it back into your system and you dont get larda$$ again :)

you can also have shakes too

what you have in your daily intake is up to you (i might go full on shakes in this warm weather and the raspberry tastes a lot nicer than thai chili ;)

I'm 5'10 and 13 .5 stone.  I eat one meal a day and do physical labour.  I can't shift the excess weight for love or money, go figure!
