Baby_Rhino:
Forgive me, but i think DDA is the Direct Discrimination Act? and disability is just one of the many ways you can directly discriminate...
Rangie3.0LtrDan:
Baby rhino you are wrong, sorry, its the Disabilities Discrimination Act which was bought out either last year or the year before.
If the DDA are in fact in agreement with the NERC bill they are in breach of what they preach (oooooo it rhymes!)
The whole idea of getting together with a solicitor or someone is being able to word letters correctly, make sure the laws are in fact true and then make sure i pursue the matter in the correct way which doesnt adversly affect the campaign!
Does that sound daft?
BrumLee:
Do you have a College of Law close to you?
I've found that law students like to look at cases like these as part of their studies and if successful can make a name for themself. I used the one in Birmingham for employment law and found them very helpful.
MK-90:
Ill see if my flatmate can help...or fancies doing a bit of research, or can point me in the right direction :D
Shes currently a law student :D I better get discounts when she qualifies lol
Rangie3.0LtrDan:
Thanks Skinty :D it all helps in the end!
Its just it seems as though the majority of us are taking this without a fight, i know a couple of people are doing stuff, but we need to start working together to get a legal precedent in one area, once thats done its easy!
