--- Quote from: "Skinty" ---I had a good long chat with said law student :D  :D

She's got quite interested in it and has reminded me that seeing as i too am in the school of law i have access to a load of information on the internet.  durrr...how did i forget that (im not a law student tho  ). Theres no chance im trawling through the thousand books in the library.

Anyhow....she did mention something. As long as you can prove you have an interest thats being discriminated against you will have a case etc etc.

Sorry im rather drunk so forgive me for now. Give me a few more days and ill have a lot more info hopefully. Ill start trawling the web tomoz

Its just it seems as though the majority of us are taking this without a fight, i know a couple of people are doing stuff, but we need to start working together to get a legal precedent in one area, once thats done its easy!

See now thats quite an interesting bit in bold, being that really and truly people with physical disabilitys rely on motor vehicles to get them to parts of the countryside which are known as areas of natural beauty.  Now they wouldnt be able to walk, and i would love to see someone push a wheelchair up walna scar or garburn pass!
