If mods could please leave this here for the moment, i know its mainly about greenlaning.

I really would like to discuss the legalities of the NERC bill in alot of detail and how it affects the DDA as it is in direct violation of the DDa which therefore makes it illegal and unenforceable?

Any ideas, am only looking for answers that have the legal perspective and knowledge as i wouldnt mind putting time into this as we have lost most of the lanes in the lakes as of yesterday and dont think we should have done.

Try to get hold of the LAW BOOKS, the ones that have every single law going back to the beginnings of laws..... theres a lot of reading but you'll be suprised at how many modern legislations are infact illegal.

If it helps at all, the DDA have been consulted by both government and members of the public and have already stated that they are in agreement with NERCA!  :shock:

The DDA don't see it as discriminatory, which beggers belief.

So maybe a better question to ask a legal eagle (because they're never cheap) may be how can the law be used to convince the DDA that they themselves are perpatrating discrimination and therefore failing in thier duties?
