price of food at shows

I took the family to Truckfest at PeatBogHorror yesterday.
Hot dog - £2.80 Four Ice creams - £9.00
Cost to get in £37.50 (the young 'un was free)
By the time I add the petrol in to get there and back the cost was well over £100 for a day out and I've got nowt to show for it. On the plus side, the Monster trucks werefantastic, I'll have to get down to the Orsett showground when the come there. I feel another rip-off looming.........

We went to truckfest a couple of years back, was always a Good show and I THINK it was where I picked up my 110s, was about 3rd time. We were thinking of going again as one of my mates goes, but decided on Billing instead.
