Cuprofen IS ibuprofen. Co-dydramol is stronger than co-codamol.
Like Karen969 said, take them alternatively every 2 hours. But remember no more than 8 paracetamol based tabs and 1200mg (6 x 200mg tabs - or 3 x 400mg tabs) of ibuprofen. Hope it gets better.

ive had a lot of back pane in the past like this time last year i fractured my back at work the doc s told me it was just a tissue damage but then 2 months after the x ray i got a phone call teling me i need to go back in as i have fractured my back ok now but that was pane i think i was on co-codeen or somthing like that still hurt thrugh the pane killer thow

as fo rthe offers of storage - thanks, but I am going to bite the bullet and collect them.. the manchester one isnt too bad as it is still roadworthy - so if the worst does happen the old RAC card can be used ;)
the worrying one is the one in cumbria - been sat waiting for me for over a month so cant really leave it there much longer as the person thats holding it for me has actually paid for it, and im repaying them...so i'd rather not be in her debt and would like to collect asap..
never mind - its only pain.... :?
think saturday is either going to kill or cure me, 10 hours in a series 3 diesel... god i must be mad!!
