New improved speed cameras.

Beware if you live in the areas that the cameras are situated, theres no hideing from these. 24hr digital never run out cameras, sen loads going up on the M6 Staffs area...

Personanally i think speed cameras are a good idea, help prevent accidents etc... but after reading this website are there too many going up now and are they just a source of revenue for the police ?.

if they do why do they need to bother with their little white sneaky-saddo van sitting on a bridge on the a14 catching people as they come up to a fixed camera site?

and another thing, if its done for safety why are these little vans only seeming to be out between the hours of 9-5?

answer = revenue

:evil:  I agree Dave, its just a money makeing scheme now. Used to be for Road safety until they realised how much money they were makeing.

There very common in our area, have learnt to live with em, there at the following locations

A52, Grantham to Nottingham (Bingam A52/A46 Saxondale Roundabout)
A52 Saxondale roundabout to Ratcliff

A46 BetweenMelton to Nottingham road, all the way to Farndon Near Newark on Trent

The majority of the Nottingham Ring Road (Inc A52), and some of the side roads towards Hucknall and the Oxclose Lane area.
