disco 200tdi conversion

Did this conversion a few weekgo and we used the disco engine and manifolds and a kit off ebay with all the intercooler pipes and downpipe.

use the turbo d ocoopipes as they are the same at the engine end and if you remove the boss from the rad they will fit into the disco rad.

only fabrication was to the disco rad surround we left the chassis rad mounts alone and made the surround mounts flush.

took 2.5 days taking our time to wrap wires etc for a nice factory look.
