Halfrauds tools are decent stuff. I will give them that. I have been impressed with the quality of the socket sets and spanners I have bought from them.

Well today I've fitted and balanced new tyres (on new rims), cleaned and adjusted the brakes, changed the oils, and been for a drive.  Now I need new UJ's in the front prop and probably (definitely, but I'm putting it off) a clutch.

No broken tools today - and even if i break anything I'll smile - I love my Snap-On tools - 20 years and no breakages except when I've been really stupid (36" breaker bar on 3/8 drive sockets).

tenpolequint:
20 years service so you have finally finished making the repayments for them.

Hi Pete,
Sounds like an enjoyable Saturday then.

Were going to Langdale next weekend, might see you then, or will you still be weidling spanners underneath Stig.

A few of us from the area, might be venturing over the pennines on Sunday, to whitworth. So if xmob isn't working, might be worth a trip the other way  :D
