what do i do
Range Rover Blues:
If you leave a dog in the car you get a dead dog and no car.
Leave the dog in the hallway, he'll tell you if someone is outside, mine knows when the postie is 3 doors away even when all is not still and quiet outside.
Park the car on gravel, deep gravel.. you can't walk on it silently let alone jack it up safely.
Par it on the drive with the wheel turned and the steeirng locked.
Drop the downpipe off the exhaust for a few weeks.
Fit a mahoosive wheelclamp to the back axle, the Nemesis is a good one but it costs £100.
Alarm it, naturally.
fit a second, cheapo alarm as a backup.
Get your alloys stamped with your reg. number
If you can find the starter relay, replace it with a fused relay, then you can just pull the fuse out and presto, imobilised.
Fit a flasher realy to t h fuel system so the engine runs, stalls, runs, stalls.
discosteveo:
just write on a scrap of card with a few oily finger prints "do not move engine oil drained"
and put it on the dash as long as the thick T**T can read he won't bother
best one i have heard of,
or get a removable battery clamp and keep the head unit and clock etc powered with a low amp fuse and a small curcit so if the truck is tryed to start the fuse blowes putting all the dash lights out hopefully at that point he will go and nick your neighbours car instead.

Paint the landrover different colour because they are looking for an orange one afterall. Also you need to move house, change your job and social habits as they probably been following you for weeks and know your movements of where you shop, work, eat and play.
.....or just try and forgot all this crap as it will do your head in and could make you ill. If it' ever going to happen deal with it as and when in whatever manner you know in your heart is right.
As for the posts about nails, torture, baseball bats etc It is normal and healthy to fantasize about those actions on bad people whom impose into our life but putting those thoughts into writing and portraying it as a reality will either raise eyebrows or spur others to post the same sort of bullshine they have also thought up. Just point out it is only pure fantasy and all is mostly cool **. At the moment mine is to catch the badman and weld him inside an oil drum with the fill cap open, chuck the drum into the muddy banks of the river Usk at Newport, let him spend his last hours screaming at the rising tide thru a 2 inch hole  In reality, I'd be upset about any crime suffered and call the police as I know that is the right action.
**EXCEPT when it comes to certified shotgun owners, if you post you would use your shotgun (or rifle etc) as a weapon against someone else (even as a fantasy) then that is my bugbear. I believe that is good ground to have that privilege revoked and your guns removed. I think your firearms officer that issued your ticket should be notified of such posts and request/demand they have the duty to follow it up.
I am pretty sure I could give all the right answers to make an officer happy and meet the criteria to get my shotty ticket but yet I am not a gun owner because I *KNOW* in truth I would probably use it in such a situation so with that said I do not think others whom suggest they have that slightest intention should have a gun either.

You can buy a special gadget to do just that - I had one on my old Citroen. It fits between the battery lead and the battery, and to immobilise it you remove a large bolt.
The best anti-theft measure is one that makes a lot of noise and attracts attention. Flashing lights and air horns are good. The little :-# involved will not hang around with house lights coming on and curtains being opened to see what the noise is!
Bishops Finger:
If this country had a culture where scum didnt think theft was a right to a living...
