Paint stripping

The paint on there is no doubt years old, may take several coats of even the best paint stripper to completely remove all traces. Left soaking is your best bet. We have metal weighing plates and lids which we use to cover the paint batches at work. Over the year they tend to get cover in many layers, so once a year over the christmas shut down they are soaked in solvent, needless to say when we go back they are completely stripped  :D
