Paint stripping

Hi All, picked up a Nato hitch the other day and would like to strip the several layers of paint off.

What would be the best way :?:

blowtorch .... or any good paint-striper chemical. just don't breath any fumes in if using blowtorch method  :lol: and use gloves if using fluid

9" angle grinder with one of them big wire brushes on it. Wear a mask and safety goggles.

Just remember to re-grease the joints afterwards
