did you have to flaten any dents out on yours Steve?
If so how did you go about it, i.e. steel hammer and former, rubber mallet or heat and tap?

There are a couple of creases in the rear sides. One side had been hit up the rear. I hammered out the wheel box and the crease partly pulled out itself. That's where I left it. It will get knocked anyway, so I'm not too bothered. Just want it presentable to start with.
You can shrink out dents by heating the aluminium wtill it goes sooty and then throwing a wet sponge on it. It needs repeating a few times but it will shrink after a while....... or so i'm told by the wizard fabricators around the corner from us  I am going to try it on the front wings when I get to them. Nothing to loose. They couldn't end up any more dented than they are now!

Or you could anneal the wing to allow you to knock the dents out very easily.
Heat the ali up enough so that you can draw a line on it with a piece of wood, let it cool right down and it will now be more flexible to allow beating out.
