OOPS problem need help.. just knackered plug thread in head

The Fat Controller:
been there before,sorry to here about it.ihave an adjustable thread cleaner for plug threads if you want to borrow it.its the entrance threads that you damage and what this tool does is go into the plug hole,you then wind it out to align with the lower threads and then wind it out of the hole cleaning and realigning the threads on its way out.it does work

Range Rover Blues:
Get an old plug and cut one quarter of it away, sharper the better, then carefully drive it in as a thread chaser, youi may need to hold it firmly in a soket so break the top off it too.  I've don e this successfullyn in the past.  If that fails then head off and helicoil.
