The hardest part of converting the TDi to an auto will be finding an Auto box that is set up for a diesel, the V8 one is no use.

Well, there are plenty of 300tdi auto discoveries about.
I would have done it when i needed to change my box but didnt have the time  :oops:

another good evenings work yesterday, got the bellhousing off, the airbox off andboth shock turrets off, have painted and refreshed all joints/bushes on the rear anti roll bar- dont ask why the first new part fitted will be this odd one!
