wheel bearing lock up!

<< < (3/3)

les baty:
Mr Marmite,
You really must be more enthusiastic about vehicle maintenance!  I change my bearings once a year or every 12 months, whichever is soonest

Cheers for the tea, but as Karen stated previously, productivity is normally raised the more tea is consumed!!!

Just checked the bible, we did put it back together in the right order (were damn good we are!!!)

marmite monster:
ha ha! yeah got there in the end!! just got a pallet of wheel bearings and im going to change them once a week just to be safe!

les baty:
Im gonna take all my wheel bearings out cos they only cause problems and put poly bushes in their. ( what ever they are ) and hope for the best

marmite monster:
yeah think they would better jase ive heard the yellow ones are the best but dont quote me on that!

stuntman:
On the bearing side of things why not look for specialist application fully sealed, high temp bearings etc?

I work in the engineering supply trade and I'll be looking at trying to upgrade mine when I get around to doing my axles.  :afro:
