ive got an 8 valve with carb so can i bin the lot and run the snorkel out the drivers side (keeping the air cooler because it aint traveling across the engine). Cheers.

dont queit understand wot your sayin? all 1600 vits have the air box on the passenger side unless its a lhd?

well the air intake pipe runs from the pasenger side across the top of the engine to the drivers side so just thought that it would be easier and would offer cooler air to the engine by running the pipe out the drivers side as dont need to keep any of the standard pipe work.
