bambamjj:
Taking the anti-roll bar off to fit guardian tank guard, whilst working at that end thought i might change shocks and springs, can i do 1" lift on rear end for now?

Range Rover Blues:
Yes.  If you use stiffer springs it will probably handle better.  If you use spacers, take it very easy 8-[

bambamjj:
Will be springs, not spacers, when you say stiffer springs do you mean heavy duty?

Who is best place to buy from any comments appreciated.

In My limited experience (I've used both) the yellow springs from M&M are much the same as The Blue Bearmach springs

But if you only want an 1" lift

I would use a set of police spec springs from Craddocks or Paddocks

As they are half the price of the Blue or Yellow ones

J B:
i used a set of britpart black heavy duty springs standard height bought from m&m, fitted with 20mm spacers, i t sits just right
