One of the mums at my daughters school does 'the run' in an Overfinch Range Rover
It's an L322, with the B*W V8.
Not an earlier (when Schuler were the 'owners') version with the Chevrolet small-block
Sorry, this is the only picture I've got of it
It sounds very nice though, & certainly puts the 2 Q7's to shame (even though one of those is the 4.2 V8)

Yes, but winch bumpers do have a genuine use, and the wheelarch flares mean you can fit bigger tyres. I'm not convinced that wide low profile tyres would actually do anything for a 4x4 - personally I'd rather it had limited grip on tarmac because that way it'll drift before rolling over!
The Nissan Stagea (basically a Skyline estate) doesn't look too bad - only available as a grey import unfortunately.

one thing i cannot understand is 'oversized' wheels and low profile tyres - unless for purely bad taste bling
i recently drove a GC with 20" wheels and low profile tyres - it handled appallingly
ask my mechanic about 20" wheels and be prepared for some blunt truths!!
some people have even put on 22" wheels - then you can get fouling on the bodywork
its always a compromise when you have a vehicle that goes off road (even if just across a field at a car boot!) and road use - tyre wise i settled for Goodyear Wrangler F1 - better than Pirelli Scorpions with my set up
