Every time I go out to the States, I see at least one "road gang" working. They are all in their bright orange overalls picking up rubbish from the side of the interstates!!
Why don't we do that in this country? because we are not allowed to "label" a prisoner as a "prisoner" as it is against their human rights!! [Edited] ???? Get them dressed up in out their tidying up our country, then they may learn a little bit of respect for our country and themselves!
