cam belt whats the worst

thanks for the advice get down to it saturday any let you know the outcome.if it bad can get hold of

personally i wouldn't remove the cylinder head! As has been said remove the rocker shaft and pushrods,chances are some will be bent.Replace the bent pushrods(after checking the rockers) and replace the timing belt/tensioners and then start the engine.

well started today took rocker cover off and released cam no cracked rockers and took pushrod out only one with slight bend init the one at the back got crank bolt out and pully off loosend all bolt tha needed to come out good start for the morning. when i tryed cranking over no rockers moved so hoping it is belt not snapped crank as somone mention to me today fingers crossed 8-[

hope so he said in all years he been mendins landys he has only ever know it to happen twice
and they were both discos snapped end off hope it aint that
