Personally I dont abide by the FHBVC. Another umbrella organisation that doesn't actually do much for anyone other than justify their own existence in my view. Fact is, this legislation is or will be introduced sooner rather than later. Either way, we in the classic and historic car fraternity are far too quiet on many issues that adversley affect us so these kind of petitions are important IMV if nothing else other than to get our cause heard.
