Are rear seat belts needed?

this is a load of S*** yes it is linked but the MOT tester wont check the database as they have to do more work then :doh:

If there are no seats,you dont need seatbelts,its common sense, how are you gonna put the seat belt on when theres no seat to sit in?

Easiest way to find out is take it for an MOT; if it passes fine.

thought that it was based on HOW IT WAS MANUFACTURED??
Ie if it was a 5 seater - then it has to have 5 belts.....BUT we have car seats fitted - and they have always been N/A for rear belts as they cannot remove the car seat to test them..
