oil and diesel leak from 200tdi

hello,
i have had this problem before but never found the cause. it only happens when using motoway for decent length of time,
the pictures explain them selves....





please bear in mind that the engine cannot be worn inside badly because it has only done 20,000 miles at the most, and the filler cap is a good tight fit

need as many sugestions as possible as i need to get it sorted for a 200 mile trip on saturday

make sure the breather systyem is all nice and clean
derv wise could be the spill off rail weaping

Wash out the crankcase breather with petrol or paraffin and all the pipes,looks like your getting excess crankcase pressure,on the diesel side try checking the little plastic pipes that run between each injector for holes and while youre at it tigten the nuts up on top of the injectors(not too far though) :D

Be really careful not to shear the bolts on the return pipes  :-'
