can u put r380 gearbox in 200tdi

Okay so just to make REALLY sure the mechanical side is just a straight lt box out R380 with 200 tdi handbrake in? The rest is just wiring up etc.

What about the transfer box? is the 300 series the same as a 200 series etc? I'm really sorry for asking for idiots guides to this but I'm also in the position that my gearbox and transfer box are on the way out in my 200
