can u put r380 gearbox in 200tdi

Don't forget to change the gear knob as reverse is on the opposite side.

I wondered about this aswell, so is just a straight swap?
Drop old gearbox and transfer box swap in R380 and transfer box with new handbrake drum etc, and wire up speedo?
Is it that simple :?
