I see your not a biker then

Wouldnt it be briliant if someone had an accident just for the sake of you checking your MPG.

Manicminer:
Between 26 and 28 mpg.

Pete:
I'm certainly no longer a biker, age, and screwmatics make it no longer a good idea.
Nor do I drip diesel down the road, maybe because I no longer try to corner like a bike, and it's a tad too expensive to chuck away.
Reason I zero the trip every fill? Guage hasn't worked for the past four years, not a problem, first Landie I ever drove didn't even have a guage fitted.
Look far enough down the road, and drive according to conditions. It's amazing what a difference it can make to consumption, particularly on a long motorway trip.
 Pete.

Disco Matt:
Well, I used to get to about 300 miles before the needle dropped to the halfway mark. Seems to be a case of being lucky to make it to 250 miles before that happens now...

mentalmoshio sophs V8i:
13mpg from the disco v8i currently

23 mpg from the mk1 pajero 2.5di

16 mpg from the old series 3 county petrol
