Another question!

fasthands:
I have put a 200tdi dico engine in my 90, and I have fitted a electric fan. Does anyone know, at what temp should the fan kick in, and any advice on what sender/switch I could use to get it to kick in at the correct temp.  :?

L90OOK:
Fan should come on at 88degrees.
I use THIS to switch my fan & also overide the switch so it's constantly on    8)

I also use Croytec switches  8)

id hope the fan would come on a bit later than that as the thermostat opens at 80,
my fan doesnt come on till 96 iirc

Range Rover Blues:
Not that I belive it's totally accurate, but the fan I fitted to Julie's TDi is set to 95 degrees too, otherwise it's coming on whilst I'm driving.

Remeber the stat starts to open at 88 deg, doesn't mean it won't get hotter.

fasthands:
Cheers, I have ordered the housing from Xeng, with the fan swith to cut in at 92 and out at 87 degrees. Thank you very much for the link. :D  :D
