What cameras are these, I don't know of any SPECS installations at the Southern end used for speed enforcement, there are SPECS temporaries on the M3 at the M25 interchange though?
There is a Highways Agency Ramp Metering Test program at the M27/M3 end but this has nothing to do with speed enforcement.

--- Quote from: "johnpirate" ---He got caught in North Wales .Their Chief Constable Richard Brunstrom would make speeding a hanging offence. Thanks to him the respect for police and some laws is at an all time low. This guy will take pleasure in prosecuting another Chief Constable. His men on speening checks are known as the Talivan.

Funnily enough He's not quite as keen at prosecuting his own drivers as he is joe public. Nth wales has one of the highest Police vehicle speeding offences in the country but the lowest number of summons to serving police officers. Including Brunsom who's police driver was clocked doing 52 in a 30 zone whilst taking brunstom home. He also had two reporters arrested for following him and using a speed gun to clock his speed. which they claimed was 92 in a 50 zone on the A55.

The cam's have been on the gantry's for some time, J5-J7 & J7-J8 they've even painted truvelo squares where the surviellence camera's can monitor them, not the normal SPECS as most people know them, add in the green pole cam's (HA as againbst traffic masters blue pole cams) which are also time/distance as well...
