I cant comment on air horns as they are not my scene but i did buy a pair of new horns from Billing for my Discovery.
£8 for a pair of red cheapo's that iirc, i brought from the Thunderpole stand

in the patrol we use a truck air horn which uses a compresser really loud (can feel the car vibrate when pressed)

needs a bit of messing to fit but its great when finished
