It's funny really, every time I here a musical horn, I run outside with a fiver expecting come back in with a '99'....plus hundreds and thousands of course :wink:


All my mates have Dixie... It does make me giggle....

I would really like a set of horns that whoop like the old warship fog horns, or a set that play Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries! Just like when I was in 'Nam.......................Faken Nam, Norfolk!

 i was involved with a Public Order exercise , when one of the van commanders played this piece of music over the public address system and got a 'dressing down' afterwards.
His reason for playing it was that it scared the crap out of the opposition and gave a distinct pyschological advantage. He wasn't wrong. Unfortunately, the do-gooders didn't agree :roll:
