Ideas on transporting a discovery?
winx:
The clutch on my disco commercial has gone so I can't drive it. I need to move it to Abingdon from Woking so that I can use a mates workshop to replace it. Unfortunately I only have roadside relay on my aa cover which will take me to the nearest repairer...
Does anyone know of a company who would transport it for me, or even if anyone in the area has access to a trailer and vehicle who could move it for me for a decent price? I have a weeks holiday from the 17th September and would ideally like to have it moved on the weekend of 15th/16th so I can use my holiday to replace it.
If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful!
Many thanks

possibly a little cheeky but do you have any kind of recovery?

Hire a trailer for £30 or so and move it yourself......? I have moved SIIs, 90s and 110s like this.
