AH NO!!!! find one that u can trust but dont go by a tattooist that is covered cos that means nothing, cos they most probs didnt do them there selfs!
always ask to see a portfolio or look for pic of tattoos they have done, then make up your mind!
if they cant produce a portfolio dont get tattooed by them :)

by someone heavily tattooed i didnt mean the tattooist but someone like me that has more ink then money, sense or skin!!!
