T-max winches

I've got an aluminium hawse on. Had it made by a friend so it was cheaper than the £40 normally charged.

ok discovered a few bits whlist fitting the winch the first being the clutch lever needing modification as I said before, the biggest boo boo was fitting the bumper before wiring it up as the earth lead is underneath so a [!Expletive Deleted!] to get at one the winch is in place on the motor (although not impossible), other than that fitting was a doddle although I think i'll be adding some for of isolation as it won't take much to short the thing into action without the control, just go to find somewhere to get stuck and trying it out now :twisted:  :twisted:

(ps don't like the roller fairlead too much as it sticks out about an inch below the bumper and lots in front, though didn't manage to bury it whilst trialling yesterday)
