In my experience, they've been as powerful, but the 200 drives like a turbo with an engine fitted. The power delivery once it spins up is quite 'in your face'.
The 300 gets up to the same ultimate speeds, it just does it more progressively, which can go some way to hiding the power. You don't get that same sense of 200 'surge' - which I'll admit is a great sensation. I do like driving Wolfies 200 8)
