just got my renewal quote from Adrian Flux, its under £200 and they've still overcharged me. It's not the insurance that's the problem, it's the cost of the LPG conversion.

Derv engines go better in water - I'll give that one - although V8's can be well sorted with a bit work. However, mine spends 99.9% of its time out of water, it has all the power and sounds amazing (not like a tractor).

V8 vs nasty derv - me thinks we've had this discussion before and you'll never, ever win :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

a diesel can be made to sound nice, just wont ever have the natural balance of a v8 due to it being a inline 4pot

so what bout the v6 dervs then... ? whats wrong with them, they sound sweeter than a v8 pertol
