Ah, that explains the source of that question :)

Apparently the 8 and 16v blocks are identical it just the gubbins that go on the top that is very different.....

ive put a 8v injection engine in my carb and ive put the carb head on the 8v single point block.

I recal something about the 16v having slightly differnt pistons but im not 100%
