Landrover 110 station wagon
William:
Cheers guys that does help. I was hoping for more to be honest, is a 200tdi more economical? I thort the 300 would be as its a more refined engine. What would a 200tdi do to the gallon in the same situations ? xx
JD LWB:
I get around the same from my 200tdi One-Ten CSW (I've got a Disco transferbox fitted but that only quietens things down - doesn't seem to affect the MPG much).
Don't forget it's pulling a lot of metal around and it has the aerodynamics of a house brick! :D

All Land Rovers are at their most economical when they stand still. That way you don't have to put fuel in them and they don't break at all. If you are wondering how you can get one to stand still, believe me it's easy, just buy one, break it and watch it stand.
:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
buzzard:
Yeah I have a 110SW 300Tdi and I get on average 30mpg with all things standard
William:
Yeh thats what i was expecting mate, my old 90 NA can get 28-32 depending so iwas rather hoping for a 300 on average to be better.
