Last felt 'the twinge' pushing a Ford Ka out of a snowy ditch last week. I would (nay should) have used the Hilux to drag it out but was talked into pushing it....

Moral- if there's a machine to do the job always use it!

It's not worth taking the chance guys.

Having had a long standing neck injury since the eighties... I can't recomend the services of a good chiropractor strongly enough.

They specialise in the way the bones, muscles and tendons join, work and fail. Dependant of course on the problem, they can often carry out an adjustment to provide an instant fix or at least drastically improve comfort, with ongoing visits to gradually improve.

There is little hope of getting access in a timely manner through the NHS however, mine charges £40 for an initial consultation (mine was nearly an hour... when was the last time you got that length of interest from the NHS) and subsequent appointments are £27.

If anyone is local and wants the details of mine... gimme a shout.

Just after posting my reply above earlier today I went out in the P38. I have not used it for about 2 weeks so the bloody battery was flat, no problem, got the jump leads on the disco and started the RR. Left it running for about 10 mins outside the house nd then drove to Tesco for some petrol.
Put petrol in, turn key and CLICK!!! Went in the shop and asked if they had jump leads, yes they did and passed them to me. I asked the guy next to me if he would mind jumping me and he obliged. Just about to connect them up and a woman tesco employee came running across the forecourt waving her arms. TOld us that if we connected that up the whole place was gonna blow!!!!!!
So  asked her was she expected me to do, I cant bump start it as its an auto and I cant push it as its too heavy. She said that she would get some people to help push. Well, guess what I did whilst pushing!!!!!!!
   Cant bloody move now!
