Not had the rain really just the wind. Our Wheelie bin is MIA too :(

Well, it's been blowing and raining all night up here. (Makes a change then!!  :roll: )
Strongest gust to date was between 2300 & midnight when it reached 71mph!!
It's calmed down now, only gusting 50-60 mph with average wind speed of 35-40 mph.

Evilgoat, Looking at the reports from the Solent it looks like you've got it worse than us at the moment. 1000 ob' was giving average of 52mph and gusting 69 mph!!

XC Weather is quite a good site for seeing what the wind is like over the UK.  :wink:

you lot got it easy,ferry hasnt sailed yet and leccy been of twice!!!!!!!!!!!

If the Caly Isles is off then I doubt there'll be any sailings to the Western Isles and with high water at 1155 today I doubt we will even be able to get to Stornoway as the causway will be closed!!
