I am sooooo looking forward to gallons of white stuff this year, a friend has just bought a Bombardier Bombi ( a tracked thing) and that would be loads of fun in the snow, and if there is gallons of rain... he has an amphibious Argo too!  :D

Sadly we very rarely get snow here.  :cry:

It's amazing that now we've had a bit of rain and there's some fairly decent puddles out there, that all the people at work who tutted at me when I bought a 4x4 have suddenly started saying, "Wish I had your car for this weather".

Well, what a shame for them.   :twisted:  :wink:  I love driving to work and going puddling at the same time!

Its dying off a bit now, actually have daylight rather than twightlight. As for the Solent, can see if from here :) Might go for a potter later on, see if anyone has drowned anything in the fords.

half an hour ago, I heard the wind blow, our back gate open (bent catch), the bin fall over, and I looked in the back garden to see the BBQ cover sucked off the BBQ, and into the water meadow (canal storm drainage) over the back. Whipped on my trainers, jumped over the fence (6ft) and legged it after it. Luckily it's just grass at the moment, not full of drainage water.
