well thanks guys, realy do appreate the help being new too it all.
Well my thought was to get heads dun plus silly bits like exhaust gaskets may aswel do em all. an see how it goes from their.

For future information a VM diesel has 4 heads :D

And are qyuite easy to change from what I'm told.  For £300 that's a lot of motor, run it 'till it dies, it's worth a fair bit as a breaker or buy another VM engine to replace it, good ones can be had second hand for the price of a bag of chips.

Ok cool well i pick it up tomorrow think ill get on an order the gaskets now least i can start to get the ball rolling. I thought it was a cheep mota for 300 sheets ok its not show room condition but what more do you expect from an old d plater.!!
