I have heard you can claim off the owner of the car even though he wasnt driving it ( please check this)
If you have legal protection get on to them asap and they should do it all for you

Wait till the summer, find the lad, strip him, stake him out on a field by his ankles and wrists, spread jam all over him, wait for the Ants, Bees and Wasps, video it and put it on Youtube, usuall works, if not lock him in the boot of a car for a few days

had a driver with no liecence hit my car so insurance took it to court and he was done big time and the goverment give me the money i won and they claim it back for the person who hit me
