Never use the stuff. Land Rover use such low quality bolts etc that if you Loctite anything, when you come to get it out again, you'll just round the bolt off.

True to an extent... but in all honesty most of the problem comes down to ill fitting sockets - esp. people using multi hex.

You're quite right. don't use multi hex anymore. learnt that lesson on the series III.
