you cant always judge people
but cant waite to move

freeagent:
we live in a terrace, in northfleet, kent... we own our house but next door is rented out, when we found out who the new tennants were last year we were dreading it... 4 Polish HGV drivers. but, they turned out to be the perfect neighbours, they are quiet, polite, always help my other half to carry stuff in from the car if i'm not about, they're realy nice lads and i wouldn't swap them for anyone.

whereas.... the neighbours where i lived before, (we were renting and the 'family' next door owned their house) were absolute scum, fighting at night, dog-crap everywhere, beer bottles in the front garden, we finally moved after they kept us awake fighting all night, and we decided if we didn't go, we (my brother and i) were likely to get ourselves into big trouble as we got very close to sorting him out.

you get pot luck with neighbours, and often the only way out is to move...
trouble is, you could spend 500 grand on a big posh house somewhere nice, and have some snooty git next door who complained everytime you broke wind...

muddyjames:
Well the noisey neighbours next door to me seem to have packed up and gone. I will rephrase that to just gone. Neighbour said they sww them getting into a taxi on xmas eve and not seen / heard of them since. dont seem to have packed anything up or out. It is lovley to not hear music banging away at 3am!

My area is lovely and crime is low too. I left my car unlocked when on hols last week and it wasnt touched luckily. I could have sworn I locked it but obviously not! Lucky my road isnice. not even 5 mins round the corner though the boy racers like to play.

Jake:
I know the feeling Woody
We live on a council estate an i hate it
Gangs of nasty yoofs hanging about, causing trouble.
That'll be one of the big reasons i'm off to Devon.
Good luck with whatever pans out for you buddy
 :)

muddyjames:
When are you off to Devon then Jake? your area didnt seem that bad when I saw big blue at your house that time.
